  • This is the first time we have used this company and cannot praise their service enough. They delivered our fridge freezer in three days from ordering, and it arrived at the time they had specified.
    When we realised that we had ordered the wrong size by mistake, Jacob in customer services could not have been more helpful. He intercepted our new order for the correct size fridge freezer, organised the delivery for the next day and had the unwanted one collected at the same time.
    Out of all the companies we have ever dealt with this whole experience has been by far the most impressive – well done AO!

  • I thought you would be interested to know when 2 strong young mew delivered my daughters freezer earlier this week they were booked to remove and dispose of the old one.
    They took one look and without trying to remove it decided it could not be done, it was too big a job for them when I arrived shortly after the delivery the new one was left in the middle of the kitchen . Being a 76 year old grandmother I removed the old one in a few mins and installed the new one. The message is do not pay for any help from the delivery men.

  • I am writing to commend the customer service provided by Aisha Eckersley . This does not only relate to the cancellation of an unwanted ‘Protection Plan’.

    Rather to an understanding of customer requirements and a wish to help, together with doing as she said she would do, which unfortunately can be rare.

    Aisha is clearly an asset to your business, which I hope you appreciate as appreciation engenders good service.

    In this particular instance, I was quire willing to cancel my order due to the activities of your ‘aftercare’ team, but Aisha turned the situation around by providing good customer service.

  • Having already been impressed by the service received a few weeks ago we ordered our new freezer from you full of confidence. It was due for delivery today , Friday 27th but we had a call from the driver to say that this time the lorry could not get to us. The road has not changed but the driver was not willing and suggested that we should collect it from him in the town centre. Being both 70 year olds it was not the best idea. We were assured by the driver that the delivery would take place the next day , Saturday, in a smaller lorry. Having contacted your control centre we understand that the delivery will not be until Monday . We are trying to be patient but this time we feel very let down by your delivery team.

  • I bought a washing machine and Beko fridge freezer from you 2 months ago. The delivery was appalling and resulted in the items being damaged for which I have received compensation. However, the water dispenser has never worked and now finally Beko have sent a new part out. I waited assuming I would hear when someone is coming to fit it……but I haven’t. There were no instructions or covering letter so now I still have a fridge that doesn’t work as it should and a spare part I don’t know what to do with. Calling your customer service costs 45p per minute.
    I’ve bought from you before and been really pleased but I doubt I will again……very very disappointing service all round.

  • I bought a cordless 18v hedge trimmer and branch cutter 04 from you. I have had 2 battery charge packs from you but I cannot get more than 5 minutes use from it. What is wrong? Is it the unit that is at fault?

  • After getting a text to say the fridge freezer is coming today. They did turn up , no text or phone call, check the web sites its going to be scheduled for thrree days later ,poor very poor,

  • Regrettably our experience with has been dreadful. Delivery was punctual, however appliances all hugely unsatisfactory. bluntly insisted that it was solely the manufacturers responsibility and “not their problem”. Now waiting for full refund from who, surprisingly, are not answering emails. Very disappointed with so-called ‘customer services’.
