  • I am disgusted with the service from British Telecom. A fault on 01554 770440 was registered on Monday 5th January 2015. I was informed that the engineering department would not need to attend my home and the problem would be dealt with within 3 to 5 working days. both one of my family members and I checked on Friday 9th January 2015 and we were informed that the fault would be resolved on Monday 12th January 2015. it is now 2010 hours on 12th January 2015 and no one has contacted me or has the telephone fault been repaired. I spoke to a member of staff at your call centre earlier today who informed me that the BT openreach team had just been notified and that that would effect a repair within 24 hours!! I am totally at a loss as to how a fault has taken this long to resolve.
    I would appreciate some sort of response to this complaint within 24 hours.

  • You are lucky if they have managed to sort you in a few weeks I have been in dispute with BT for 5 months since I renewed my contract and they still cant sort it out they never send emails when they are supposed to or call when they are supposed to so if they don’t sort it soon I will close my account and go some where else for phone and broadband

  • My previous service provider was Awful. But BT is best. Set up was easy and it has made a vast difference when downloading. BT Broadband has always been reliable for me 🙂

  • Bills are far too complicated. It has now become over-priced compared to others!

  • Always a good speed for broadband and we stay in the back of nowhere.

  • BT responded promptly and efficiently to a recent loss of speed.

  • Pretty good for a rural area. First class broadband service.

  • what a company this is B T when you want to join up they are great after that it goes down hill no one wants to sort anything out just keep passing you on cannot wait for my contract to run out so I can say goodbye
