  • We recently travelled with you from Newcastle toMalaga on 18th Feb flight LS557 at 10 0’clock. We ordered 2 meals @ a cost of £15 and they were both disgusting. Both got put. In the waste. Seats with extra leg room were booked both ways. Going was fine. On the return journey from Malaga to Newcastle extra legroom seats were booked and paid for. These seats were 1c and 1f. 1c was fine 1f was cramped near thr window with no extra legroom whatever.. The in-flight meals were again disgusting. The flight back was3 o,clock flight numberLS558. I now wish to claim back £30 for food and the total cost of the extra legroom seat by return. I should also like to hear your comments. You have my address my e-mail number is. Also on your file.   • Glasgow to Tenerife return. Travelled out to Tenerife on 15th March and the crew were really pleasant polite and friendly. Travelled back from Tenerife today, 25th March, and the crew were indifferent and not exactly passenger friendly. It appeared that they could have done without the inconvenience of fare paying passengers and everything seemed like they were doing you a favour.

  • I have booked 2 return flights from Manchester to Alicante with When doing the check-in online – I realised to get 2 seats together on the flight I would need to pay for this at £7.50. Why this is even an issue when the plane was almost empty? Obviously this is another money spinner as we were never told that this company would charge 2 people to sit together even though the plane had numerous empty seat. Not impressed and won’t fly with them again on principle.

  • we booked two weeks all inclucsivgge for two weeks at the atismar Portugal the all exclucive started at 11am and finished at 10 pm there was no entertainment no sport room no kettle no safe for putting your valuables away so we requested for a change of hotel but you could not come up with no reasonable change. my wife ended up ill and I had no assistance and it cost me 120 euros in taxis and very unplesent trip to the hospital we ended up paying exsra money to get home lost our exstra leg room and on flight meals. we should have been there from the 3 of april to the 17 of april we came home on 8 of april. I also asked the rep for a lift to the hospital but he told me that he could not take us because jet2 would not allow it.

  • I am emailing this complain on behalf of my 71yr old father (who does not use a computer) he travelled alone to a week’s holiday to Tenerife, and his flight was delayed 5hrs and 40mins.
