In the event that you haven’t received the electronic tickets withing 3 days of the departure date, you must contact them on the same form selecting tickets/travel vouchers.

Teletext Travel Insurance

You have to pay the balance for your holiday 90 days before your departure date or otherwise when you are notified to do so by the Teletext Payment team.
There are different charges when you pay by credit card and you will find what these charges are on this payment info page. If you pay by Visa Electron you will have no charges, if you pay with a Visa Credit Card the charges are 2.5%, for Visa Debit you will pay £2 for each transaction, for Master Card 2.5%, American Express 3.5%, for Solo £2 and for Maestro £2. If you the departure date of your holiday is in the next 12 weeks, then you have to pay the total price. If the departure date is 12 weeks away or more, you may pay just the deposit, and the rest 12 weeks before going on holiday. In case you don’t pay the balance, you may have your holiday canceled.

Cancellations and amendments to your bookings may differ according to the agents where you made the plans for your holiday.
